Hey there, I've spent lots of time trying to get my brand new syrp genie one to connect to an iphone(six different phones and 2 ipads actually) and it keeps failing the required update. Can I download the FW and install it manually or something? Would love any help as I've bought this for a client and I need it to work for them but sadly the product is completely unusable out of the box. Any advice?

Hello friend, did you try to contact the support I guess they can help you more than I do. Or you can try to reset the device by pressing and holding the power button for 20 sec

@@brech4544 Thanks for the reply. Sadly I tried both of those things. Support has stopped responding to my very professional respectful emails and unfortunately the 20 re-set does not seem to help either. Any other advice you might have is greatly appreciated.

@@brech4544 Thanks for the reply, I've done both and neither worked. They stopped replying to my emails and direct messages as of thursday and the reset button doesn't seem to help either. Appreciate your help though.

Hey great review! How much the total weight together with the base? The stated weight on BnH is 1.1 kg, but does that include the base with string? Thanks
