I work for UPS without union protection management will find a way to fire us and fill our position the next day the cycle continues, Union benefits so many way they negotiate for healthcare, high wages and pension. UPS makes billion in revenue each quarter..the union is working for the employees not corporations
you have a legit negotiator (lawyer) to fight for better benefits for you and your coworkers unions are good in that they expedite change for the better and never worse no one employee can change the benefits for all employees for the better, unless in a union. are you aware of the 'productivity vs wage' gap since the 1950's? people got paid more in the 1950's then they do now. but things are more expensive now than ever before. I've worked with unions for 8 yrs, they were good in the 50s, 90% of companies literally offer exactly what unions offer, except you don't pay dues ($35 a week at the last one I knew) and the union wouldn't even do anything for their members.

They want a pay raise after collecting $110,000 and after Medical, 401K, & Life Insurance 200,000 K a year Per Driver. How much more do you expect? Furth more their Actions towards Co-Workers Harassing & Stalking Them for wanting to work? I don't think so! If you honestly think you will win a fight like this, I want you to take a road trip to Flint, Detroit, Michigan, Lordstown, Youngstown, Ohio, Gary Indiana, and talk to the local members of the UAW and ask them how well demanding raises and holding the company Hostage and Harassing Non-Union Workers Worked out for them.
