I'm so glad that the brilliant teachers in medicine are now on you tube educating students and doctors far away. I am a retired doctor and I loved post grad education but we never had this accessibility. I have had sjogrens for years but symptoms free more or less for 5 years. I've recently had a bad flare with Malar rash, discoid rash, evening fevers with pyrexia 38.8. time to go back on the hydroxychloriquin I think. I suspect it's mild sle.

Hydroxychloroquine is Toll like receptor inhibitor, so less B cell and T cell action.glucocorticoids inhibit Nf kappa b which is transcription factor which increases tnf alpha and IL1 less immune attack also steroids inhibit phospholipase, cyclo and lypooxygenase so less immune reaction.

Dr Waqas Amazing video and good effort. Really appreciate it . Help me to revise SLE and spend time usefully on you tube rather than random clicks. Not too offend, one amendment if can look into when you say recurrent abortions term with APLS , I truly believe you mean recurrent miscarriages and it was just slip of tongue ! As you says it few times, could you could just it modify in video if possible will help others . Thanks Dr Muneeb Uk
