Gonna try this with homemade taco seasoning. Little too much sodium for me in the packets. Looks and sounds great! My homemade taco seasoning for anyone interested: 1 Tbsp Chili Powder 1 Tsp Paprika 1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder 1/2 Tsp Salt (1 Tsp regularly, but I prefer reduced sodium for myself) 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Ground Cayenne (optional) 1 Tbsp Corn Starch Mix everything together and use with 3/4 Cup of Water per 1 pound of meat just like the packets.

For Brussel Sprouts, I can recommend just cutting fresh ones in half, frying them in a little butter until they get a little color, then sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar on them, toss to finish them off, remove from heat, serve them up. Good with bacon that way as well.
