Do you know the length of the springs center pin to front eye?

I’m using the same steering shaft kit, and I can’t get one of the u joints on to the steering box shaft? Did both of yours have master splines?

I like your truck and mods. Wish it was easy to swap it. I want to do it on my 07 tacoma double cab

Thanks for the compliment. I hopefully will have another couple videos out soon. I'm really slow at getting things edited.

good job, do you have a radiator part number?
@Trav74r
@Trav74r 3 года назад
No I do not have a radiator part number. I can tell you that there are 3 factory options for radiators in the Tacomas. The core measurements (between the upper and lower tanks) are 22-5/8", 20-3/4", and 18-5/8". other than the height differences i believe that all mounting holes and hose locations are basically the same. I needed the middle size radiator so that it didn't hang down too low and become exposed below my front crossmember. But being that mine has the V6 and the automatic trans, I wanted the stay with the largest that I could fit. After driving the truck for over a year and on a few offroad trips, I'm happy to report no cooling problems whatsoever.

i know you said in a previous video but which springs did you end up going with again ?

I went with the "3F" spring from Sky's Off-road. I just checked their website and didn't see them anymore, so idk if they are still selling them. I know they were going through changes in who was supplying their spec out parts. You should be able to call them for more info. They are very helpful and nice to work with.

Greetings, if that is a toyota differential, how did you do it, driver? Original is passenger
@Trav74r
@Trav74r 3 года назад
Yes that is a differential from an fj80. 8" High Pinion. The axle housing is made by trail gear and you can order it in different lengths and with passenger or driver side drop.

Bilstein 5100's with 12" travel in the front. And I have a set with 14" travel I still intend to use in the back.
