Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make tacos al vapor in the instant pot! Yess you can do them without having to use layers and layers of paper, towels and bags 😅 like I did here • TACOS DE CANASTA “BASK... this recipe is delicious, it’s best to use the fattiest cut of meat so it can leave a broth full of fat, to use to fry out tacos! Also if you don’t have a instant pot you can make it on stovetop, all you need is a small steamer!!!

Tip!!!!! Sprinkle some salt on top of your onions and tacos before steaming
Ingredients:-I did two batches of 15 tacos
3 lbs pork shoulder or butt the fattiest your meat is the better!!!!!!!!
3 potatoes
Corn tortillas
9 New Mexico or guajillo chile pods
1 chile ancho
1 white onion
4 garlic cloves
8 cloves
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt I used 2 tbsp
Tomatillo salsa:
6 tomatillos
1 tomato
10-15 Chile arbol
1 garlic cloves
1/4 chopped onion
Handful chopped cilantro
1 serving of love 💕
