Now I see why my tripas was gross. I only boiled for 20-30 minutes and removed them. I saw a video that said when it gets small it’s ready smh

Can you use honeycomb tripe?

No, I believe honeycomb is part of the stomach. I've only used honeycomb for menudo. For this recipe I used intestines.
