How to cook tagliatelle with minced organic beef sauce/gravy, similar to bolognese style
This is a detailed video recipe on how to cook a popular Italian dish at international level: tagliatelle al ragù di manzo. Please note: This recipe is different from the original recipe for bolognese sauce, and the reason is simple: I prefer it this way. Major difference: I only use quality minced beef meat (no pork), and I do not add any milk. In addition, I have added various homegrown herbs.
Again, there exist various variations, I would like to share mine, and I can promise it will work if you follow the process as shown in the video recipe. I highly recommend to watch the full video to understand how to do it properly (if you want to fully enjoy this). In particular the use of high quality ingredients is important (overall it will still remain a rather affordable dish). Also important is to use fresh herbs,
Please note: by following carefully the process in this video recipe, ANYONE (even with very basic cooking skills) will be able to cook this dish! :)
Ingredients for 4 persons:
• 2 cans of polpa (fine cut Italian tomatoes), each can 400 ml
• 500 g of organic beef
• 400 g of tagliatelle pasta
• 1 red onion
• 1 garlic piece
• basil leaves
• rosemary leaves
• salvia leaves
• mints leaves
• if available koriander leaves
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 shot of red wine
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• sugar
• fresh chili
• a few fresh olives
