Thanks Lea! You are definitively the best TCA instructor I can find on RU-vid at this time (March 2020). Now even with TCA part 2, front & back views. Please consider adding a video that provides a detailed breakdown of each TCA 2 movement? Thanks again. Everyone, practice and stay healthy, together we can overcome this coronavirus!
