Every time I do Tai Chi, I always feel stronger. More energized and eager to learn more. Moreover, I don't feel -- lacking a better term -- intimidated. Yes, it looks hard and complex, but I feel more engrossed in doing more. By the way, when we do the archer stance (lacking a better term) at 8:16, for some reason, I was hallucinating that my fists were on fire. It might have been The Hunger Games (2012) poster. I'm not sure what that was.

Doing this gives you more energy than going to a gym recommend to jog and run on grass for 25 mins before you start....

I'll do this video tomorrow I just finished Tai chi 2 hours beginning Tai chi is very hot 90deg I need to relax I will do it tomorrow morning every day

We have wrestled with this question over the last 20 years (yes, we are that old!). People like both mirrors and non-mirrored. Maybe we will post both - mirror the thumbnail to indicate this?! Need to noodle more about this but will work on it!
