Thank you for your video. I am trying this for the first time. The one thing I do not know is the position of the feet as they do not show. I wonder if one should point them out to the sides or keep them straight in front.
Thank you so very much. These are exceptional instructional videos .I’m really looking forward to enjoying tai chiwith 56:02 your help . Thank you Thank you ✌️✌️✌️
Really appreciate your lovely calm delivery - no irritating intro or self promoting waffle. This routine is perfect for me on days when I’m low in energy and in discomfort with my RM. Thank you!
I'll do this video tomorrow I just finished Tai chi 2 hours beginning Tai chi is very hot 90deg I need to relax I will do it tomorrow morning every day
Dear Master Pei , thank you so much for you kindness & patience. I am a “mature” 62 yrs old woman that loves to move my body around in a range of movements . I am so grateful that I found you online. I have been practicing every single day before bedtime. We just need to figure out how to remove these loud ads in the middle of your exceptional class . Thank you again. May the Creator continues to bless you 🙏🌺
Tongue slightly to the roof of the mouth, gently pushing forward behind your upper teeth breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. How did I ever get so far away from Tai chi? I'm so glad I found you.
Excellent and thank you. I'm getting back into Tai chi. First teacher Dr Zhang. I'm sure I've misspelled his name. Barstow community college mid-80s. Excellent
Wow! This is wonderful. The instructions are very informative and very easy to follow. I am learning Tai Chi for the first time. It's a big transition from Taekwondo. My doctor recommended for me to transition to something a little less aggressive and easier on the joints since I am now in my fifties. I am starting from the beginning and am already enjoying it. Thank you, Christopher Pei!
13:40 -- I'm marking my position. Except for a few kinks, it's relatively easy. Hoping that gradually I can go lower. At best, my forward leg is only at 45° while trying not to bend the waist. And Hoping i can get youtube to automatically jump to my way point so I can go continuously ... Unless you already have that video. Taking things one step at a time.
16:34 -- marking my place, and putting it under a playlist in order. Just gotta figure out if I can jump to a specific time once the autoplay starts the next video.
Really enjoyed this, despite some short ads. Will definitely do again till I get it, then planning to all his other lessons. It's really hard to find tai chi teachers in rural Australia. Thanks!!
Absolutely 💯 best instructor for learning to center and breathe. Extremely powerful becoming like water. The healing benefits 😌 ✨️ are incredible. This helps quiet the mind while shifting energy in the body and opening the flow of breathing. I'm in love, and it's my first day of learning. Thank you, Sir Mrs Bailey, I am 54 yrs old and living my best life❤
15:50 -- that makes sense why the kicking side is the arm is outside. That way, when you extend your leg, your arms don't interfere with each other, especially if we reach the point we need to snap in the kick. A what little I retained from years ago.
As an avid Judoka, Taijiquan and moreover Baguazhang helped me a lot to developed my style of fighting, mental attitude and posture. From Taichi I actually learned the essence of the 柔 in judō. (Which unfortunately became a widely "competetive combat sports") I was also always a fan from the Hyūga style from Naruto 😂
