We're taking a really big cluster of Oyster Mushrooms and giving them a nice double fry. Then we'll coat them in an ultimate salt seasoning combo that has salt, white pepper, and hints of star anise and 5 spice powder. It's going to remind you of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, but better imo.

3-4 tbsp potato starch
2 tsp salt pepper seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
