Taliesin Jaffe shares a strawberry showbiz story behind the scenes of #CriticalRole! #story #storytime #nostalgia #90s #80s #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #improv
@@grug_g you can find it. There were multiple studies about red food dye being a potential carcinogen and multiple brands took red dyed food products off the market in the 70s and 80s due to consumer concerns.
He's briefly in 2010: The Year We Make Contact (the way-more-straightforward sequel to Kubrick's 2001: a space odyssey). In addition to Taliesin, the cast is brilliant and it's worth watching for the story if you're into SF at all.
There have been a number of times that Matt's Google-fu is truly impressive. Like when he found the image of BLeeM being on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire in the span of five minutes.
I was OBSESSED with that commercial as a kid. I walked around the house saying "I gotta be a strawberry" for months. Never even realized it was Taliesin!
I think there is an opportunity here to imply that Tallison is immune to most conventional drugs, diseases, curses and poisons. But i cannot think of one
He can simply turn back time for his body. He likely got cancer, multiple times, but then used his Eldritch Powers to simply reverse the growth of the cancer to before it occurred.
I would honestly love to see more of this. You get a great feel for their personalities because they release hours of content but you don’t get to know about tal’s time as a strawberry crispy
Matt comes in like he's been waiting off stage to say his line (with a sucker no less), and Ashly just belts out a little burp. Lotta hangout energy here, good times.
It's really nice to see Matt just comfortably and casually hanging out without a vest on, seemingly without a care in the world in that regard ❤ While eating candy no less!
Anyone watch the clip where the entire cast nerded out when they realized Talesin had a starring role in the 1985 film, Explorers? That also was equally hilarious and heartwarming.
Holy hell the look in Matt's face when Ashley asked when Ashley said no is a mood and a half! It's the unrestrained glee of putting the bus you just ran your friend over with into reverse.
Jesus Christ, Taliesin aged REALLY fucking well. Edit: jesus christ, people, I was paying the man a compliment, let's not argue about if he's attractive or not. I was just trying to hype up one of my favortie VAs
Well of course he did, he's an Eldritch god after all. Probably didn't even grow up, just decided to transform into a kid for a couple of hundred years to mix things up a bit.
He's 47... he looks his age. Some people seem to be under the impression that people in their 40s have to look old. He's a middle-aged man and he looks middle-aged... no surprise there.
It warms my heart Ashley's intense reaction to the realization of strawberry krispies and that abrupt pan to her. That table Ash and real Ash have that same almost innocent wonder to new and fabulous things. :D
I love Taliesin so damn much! His characters, his charm, his acting, his creativity make him seem like such a delightful person! I’m so honored to have been able to take a photo with him 💜
I love how it just seems like they're in somebody's kitchen. I understand that they're probably at the studio but it feels like they're just hanging out.
And that's the secret to Taliesin's immortality. Red #40 wasn't Food Coloring... it was something else that was deep red... and liquid. They thought it was Cancer, but it was really Eldritch Prince Jaffe stealing the life force of everyone who ingested his innocuous red liquid. :p
Ya' know, it's been a while. They should re-release strawberry krispies again. Preferably withOUT the carcinogens! I'm in my 40's, and I would *absolutely* get that!
and for the commercial they should get Taliesin to be a strawberry and the rest of CR to be animated figments of his imagination that wanna sell him krispies
