“Ok, this is your big chance to go live. What song are you gonna do?” “Welcome To Tally Hall.” “Oh, because it introduces you to the band?” “No. It has the silliest sounds.”
Joe in the music video: Well bloody WELCOME TO TALLY HALL!!! Joe in live performance: well bloody wElcOmE tO tAlLy hAlL!! *random shrieking opera solo*
That's just common with bands that have a keyboardist, since they're usually the background of the song. Happened since the baroque area. The flute/violin sits in front and soaks in all the attention, and the cello/viola sits on the piano for support, where you can't even see what the piano is playing (Spoiler, just chords.)
I keep seeing people talking about Ross going crazy on the drums and Joe’s opera session. But how is no one talking about Andrew yelling “ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR!!!!!!”
I wonder why they never do the harmonious a-Capella ending for live performances. I really like that part, and I like hearing their live performances, but, unfortunately, the two never co-inside. Complaining aside, though, these guys are master at their craft, and I hope they reunite someday soon.
+Biotic Nuetron Draco i agree completely im so sad that I had to fall in love with them now, and not seven years ago when I could've actually been to one of their concerts :"(
Gotta give em credit for their biggest opportunity for accumulating a large amount of fans and they do not take it seriously at all. Too much fun, these guys.
The intro is so much more grandiose compared to the final version. Kinda sad the final version never did that. Also, Joe's falsetto(?) is pure delight. This song, finished or not, is a joy the whole way through.
God I love these guys. I only discovered them about a week ago, but I'm so happy I did. They've got such a diverse and interesting style, and I love pretty much everything I've heard from them so far.
It’s honestly cool to see them. I’ve heard their songs several times, just never knew who wrote them. Than I found tally hall and it’s cool to see all of the songs I recognized
I'm really pissed off that I only found this band today after going to Marvin's and Googling it, and this band came up. I should have known them in high school, I would have been all over it then.
In order, the most watched parts of this video are: 1. (by far) Joe's famous opera screech 2. The unreliable style's undet💥ECT💥able 3. is my amp too *_HIIIGH_*
@@Entity404SFM As much as I want to wish a reunion is happening, with all the stuff going on with Joe, and Zubin, Rob, and Ross having very demanding jobs, It seems like they've basically split up. Who knows though. Maybe we'll see something from them in the future
If I ever had a chance to see Tally Hall perform I would literally be screaming the whole time that they'd have to escort me out of there with body guards or something- I mean look at them
Perhaps you need to know the rest of the verse to have it make a little more sense. "Can I get a T? T! And if you hit me with the A - L - L - Y, then you'd see why the HALL is here for y'all."
sometimes i watch these things and have the biggest grin on my face while tears are litteraly streaming thru my face (lord i miss them so much please come back tally hall ishajdjjsjakajjhhgeh)
