Class R: Opposition & Dissociation
In this class we first are looking at the basics for a healthy posture and foot position.
Then we work on steps that particularly require the coordination of dissociation and opposition, such as pivots, ochos and giros.
At the end we finish by learning and practicing a small sequence with different dance elements.
