i love my TRI Star River it has really nice bass and the Switches actually work you can hear the difference plus they are very comfortable i use them for music of course but alot for gaming too i just forget i have them in my ears very nice pair

Thank you for another nice review, you have been my go to reviewer for your detailed reviews and also that you have so many less known IEMs that I can't find review for elsewhere. I just picked up the ivipQ-100 after watching your Kiwi Ears Cadenza review, you said it's slightly worse than the Cadenza but eh I got it for $11 so great deal nonetheless. Intuaura recently released the Splendor 2, do you plan to review it? There's also the Intuaura Plume from some time ago but it went under the radar apparently as I can't find any English review on it.

It's almost like the selling point for this pair of overpriced IEMs is the colour and design haha. This price point defintely demands something stand out else it just makes you wonder about the collab....!

I came here to hear that the Xuan was just as good as the Trio because I LOVE LOVE that beautiful red shell. As it stands I should get the Trio but I REALLY want that elegant red IEM. 😢

It seems many of these companies have no problems repeating the same mistakes that either they've made, or other brands have made. And only a few are willing to call them out... specially the collabs!

Hi Tony, My day to day iem is still the Tangzu Wan’er but i am looking for a slight upgrade, would you suggest the Q1 pro, Cca Trio and Kefine Delci as possible upgrades? I like neutral sound with just a slight bit of extra sub and mid bass. I use my iem always with the Shanling Up4 2022 version because i love the bleutooth connection that i can use it for with my phone (Tidal mostly), and i always use Autoeq with Squiglink to eq my iem somewhere from 20 to max 6000 hz. Would you suggest the Qudelix 5k if i really want to get more detailled into the EQ part?

Hi @Akros I love your honest reviews! Which Basshead IEM would you recommend under 100$ range? (something that rumbles like crazy, but doesn't kill or muffle the midrange/treble)

The Venture Electronics SIE is an iem that fits that criteria. Another is CCA Rhapsody.....it's got the ability to rumble without going overboard and smuthering the mids and highs Another interesting option is the KBear Rosefinch, with a small mod that truly opens up the sound

Hi, I want to ask more of the 450 filter you mentioned because I encountered some channel imbalances in the exact same way as you, as of the moment i just simply removed and then put back the stock filter and it came out fine atm.

Without a rig to measure you won't be able to see how much of an imbalance exists.....on my one it was very obvious because it was bad....and a had to retune it. The second set I got was fine and I since got a third set and that one is also good although the second and third are tuned slightly different. I think the consistency of these sets is not exactly the best.

I love cables that aren't over the top with the tips and hardware since most of the time the are a hindrance rather than convenience. These regular plastic 2 pin terminations are lightweight, easy to maneuver and fit recessed and regular slots. A winner in my book.

Originally the v in nv was ü. But the advent of smart phones make it easier to type v so ü was replaced by v. So nv is pronounced as nü (pronounced exactly as how Germans pronounce it, something like oe).

I also forgot to ask something else (besides my other questions that i wrote here before) i forgot to mention in search of my little upgrade for my Tangzu Wan’er that i sold the Simgot Ew200 because it sounded a bit too harsh for my somewhere in the treble department, when you take that in consideration would you still think that the Epz Q1 pro, Aoshida e20 and Delci would be a good upgrade? All three IEM you mention are incredible. I would rate them...Delci...E20.....Q1Pro I would say Delci and Q1PRO Might suit your taste better

Why buy this when the ~US$55 ARTTI R1 (tripple DD) offers alloy shell and face, high quality cable, a set of white and black silicone tips (S, M, L), and semi hard/padded zipper case that is pocketable. Excellent tuning, comfortable fitment, good seal, all around a much better quality unit imho.
