As an absolute lover of that kimura grip from the arm bar, I've played with this a bit but the problem I had was since we're connecting our hips to them it's easy for my opponent to sweep me. Right before the finish when we turn around, I get rolled onto my back and since my hips are pinned I can't reroll. Any tips? I'll try again tomorrow with this video and try the reroll. Thanks!
I am not skinny. 240lb. 5 ft 9. Muscle. This is a brutally powerful attack for me. Set it and forget it type grip. Almost impossible to break free from once it's set.
This might be much too late to be useful, but while the information in the video was great, there is a muffled wind sound in my right ear when viewing it with headphones that makes this video almost unwatchable.
