Salah satu pencuci mulut pilihan selain puding trifle terutamanya ketika cuaca panas ialah tart buah-buahan. Sebelum ini kami pernah kongsikan cara membuat tart buah-buahan yang menggunakan telur, kali ini versi yang tanpa telur buat yang alah atau tidak sukakan telur. Rasanya tetap sedap dan menyegarkan, yang paling penting tart buah-buahan harus dihidang ketika dingin dengan variasi buah-buahan yang segar. Lapisan coklat berfungsi untuk mengelakkan kulit tart dari menjadi cepat lembik kerana menyerap cecair dari krim kastad.

Jumlah Hidangan : 15 keping tart bersaiz 7 cm
❤️KRIM KASTAD:
21 gram tepung jagung | 3 sudu besar
16 gram tepung kastad | 2 sudu besar
125 ml air | 1/2 cawan
250 ml susu penuh krim/ susu segar/ susu badam | 1 cawan
1 sudu teh esen vanila
70 gram gula pasir halus/gula kastor/erythritol | 1/3 cawan
1/8 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh jus lemon
55 gram krim putar tenusu/bukan tenusu (sejuk) | 1/4 cawan
9 gram gula icing/ powdered erythritol | 1 sudu besar
❤️KULIT TART:
125 gram mentega bergaram | 1/2 cawan (lembutkan)
25 gram gula icing/ powdered erythritol | 1/4 cawan
8 gram serbuk badam | 1 sudu besar
1/2 sudu teh parutan kulit lemon
220 gram tepung gandum | 1 & 3/4 cawan
8 ml air sejuk / susu sejuk | 1/2 sudu besar
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 170℃ | 335℉ selama 30 - 35 minit sehingga keemasan pada rak kedua bawah, api atas bawah. Ketuhar dipanaskan selama 15 minit.

This is one of a crowd-pleasing dessert during hot weather aside from trifle pudding. We've previously shared fruit tarts recipe, this is different version since this fruit tarts are eggless, suitable for those who crave for fruit tarts but have egg intolerance or simple don't like egg. The taste is delicious and amazing as long as they're freshly prepared and chilled before they're served. Add variety of fresh fruits to enhance their flavor. The chocolate layer can prevent the crust from getting soggy quickly due to the liquid from the custard cream.

Yield : 15 pieces of 7 cm tarts
❤️CUSTARD CREAM:
21 grams corn flour | 3 tbsp
16 grams custard powder | 2 tbsp
125 ml water | 1/2 cup
250 ml fresh milk / full cream milk / almond milk | 1 cup
70 grams caster sugar/ fine sugar/ erythritol | 1/3 cup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
55 grams dairy/ non- dairy whipping cream (chilled) | 1/4 cup
9 grams powdered sugar / powdered erythritol | 1 tbsp
❤️TART CRUST:
125 grams softened salted butter | 1/2 cup
25 grams powdered sugar / powdered erythritol | 1/4 cup
8 grams almond ground | 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp lemon zest
220 grams all purpose flour | 1 & 3/4 cups
8 ml chilled water/ milk | 1/2 tbsp
BAKING TEMPERATURE : 170℃ | 335℉ for 30 - 35 minutes until golden at second bottom rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven is preheated for 15 minutes.
