These are the same people who treat bachelors, students, divorced and spinsters in a derogatory way, by not renting out the flats to them. This is discrimination of the worst kind. Imagine when your children go to other states and countries... WHAT IF people refuse to give them any place to stay because they fall in one of the category. Every whee in Mumbai such malpractices are going on. And members of CHS are facing lots of problems, because of numbers of Members are old age and lack of knowledge and support from other Society members. Whatever things are explained in video, it will lead to harmful and illegal process of awarding contract to incapable so called builder or developer. No doubt people involved in committee may be get financial benifit from builder. But it will lead to uncertainties in completion of project. God bless you ... And u r society.

After obtaining IOD, signing PAAA and peacefully handing over the keys before CC was obtained, Developer demolished our building and three months later in a two hour meeting switched 33(7) to 33(11) scheme. It is better to write to builder and ask questions about their financial status, experience, previous project details, rera registration,credit worthiness etc and get answers from builder. Members should not leave everything to committee and builder. Resolutions are passed by majority.... So majority members (who are mostly spineless) are real culprits along with fraudster committee members
