considering the games sprites were digitized animations drawn by actual Disney artists that worked on movies like Aladdin and The little mermaid...I'd say yes,this is pretty much art

As much as I hate the level, I couldn't help, but be enticed by its amazing visuals for a Genesis. I mean how was the Mode 7-like background and building scrolling even achieved?!

Hi did something to the game, modified sonething. He would not be able to speedrun it this fast witgout modifications

A TAS for the SNES version would be overall slower except for Villi People, which is faster due to the first wall clip being done sooner. Unlike the Genesis version, each level title screen can't be skipped so it accumulates throughout. While I wouldn't mind working on it, it'll be down the line when my other TAS projects are done.

It's been known that you can skip Udderly Abducted on SNES for as long as it's been possible on Genesis.

Good question, I drop certain puppies so that the intervals go faster, same with taking damage from Peter. Certain intervals change depending on RNG and some are always the same. Basically, Puppy Love 1 round 3 and Puppy Love 2 and 3 are RNG hell.

@@Amarillo I see! I actually had no idea the patterns were RNG-generated, but I was always too busy running around with my hair on fire to notice as a kid, lol. So those three are just coded to be RNG hell, huh? Understandable. Thank you for the explanation, it was the one thing this whole mind-blowing run that I couldn't wrap my head around!

No worries, it's not something regular players would think about since those levels are a big lull in the game. Thank you for enjoying the TAS, it was both fun and insane to do

Dropping certain puppies saves a lot of time because it changes Psy-crow's throwing patterns.

Noname I spent a lot of time and research into seeing what is optimal for each puppy love level. There's still a little bit of time to save that I need to work on soon.

It's a sprite overload glitch called The Bob Despawn. You skip the cutscene where you fight Bob the goldfish by having too many things on screen at once and hitting the cutscene barrier.

the ps1 version isn't based on the same code and is essentially a remake, barring certain shared graphical assets. its play control feels very weird

But this version is a downgraded one. It has worse audio.@@technology4617
