We used a Soda Stream to carbonate some foods and Then we tasted them all :D

Anni Vuohensilta one of my favourite things is a root beer float - putting vanilla ice cream in root beer. I imagine carbonated ice cream would be similar, just without the soda taste

@Vas Saus: I've had it before on multiple occasions, but it's been so long I've honestly forgotten what it tastes like so I just tell myself it tastes as bad as it smells. I remember the texture of it more than I remember the flavour.

I went to the shops today looking for some Toorkay and some Coocoombers to make a carbonated snack for lunch and they don't sell them here. Love you guys so much. I honestly never thought of trying to carbonate food. You come up with some great content ideas.

I did baked beans in a Soda Stream when I was young. The nozzle has to be under the surface of the bean juice. I also did tea, coffee, vodka, orange juice and wine (separately). Oh, and white emulsion paint.

I love how Anni is just decimating the ice cream at the end. Like an "I've eaten all this gross stuff, I'm gonna eat some delicious stuff" sort of thing. I can't blame her. As a sidenote, I am just curious how Lauri was able to get sunglasses from 1980's America in Finland... I haven't seen glasses like that in a long time.

Water content is definitely what affected the degree of carbonation the most.

Suggestion: explosive decompression of food. Leave it in a co2 atmosphere at full tank pressure for as long as it takes to fully saturate it, then release the pressure. High speed camera suggested.

Because the glaciers planed down the surface flat, kept it compressed and when they retreated, the different rock types decompressed in different ways. Minnesota and pretty much all of Canada have the same features. Edit, well thats one glacial mechanism... several others as well make lakes.

I only went once as a kid for a fishing trip. It was wet, cold and full of mosquitoes. The worst Minnesota ever. Other than that, growing up there wasn't so bad. Summer was always awesome.

Try with Oil, milk, cofee, orange juce, vodka and hot cocoa. as a bonus trye dish soap with a bit of water to se how much it foams when shaken.

You should try carbonating a bunch of liquids which don't usually get carbonated, such as: - Ketchup - Tomato Sauce - Milk - Hot Sauce - Gravy - Soup - Mayonnaise - Peanut Butter - Honey I think they would all have a very strong effect, and some of them would be truely disgusting :)

You should consider making your own carbonation machine with a co2 tank, regulator and adapter to attach to any type of bottle. You can add more pressure to decrease the time it takes to carbonate the food/liquid.
