Safari was the car that ignited the love for true blue SUVs in my heart and mind. Back in late 90s, may be around 97 or 98, I came across first Safari hunkering down a very bumpy road at over 80kmph while we struggled to maintain even 40kmph in our humble maruti 800. That as when I fell in love with this car. It was love at first sight.
@@devanshchaudhary6204 Absolutely Correct And thats the sole reason why tata sumo even after winning over the bolero failed after a period of time and bolero is still on sale
The Real Safari🔥. And Varicor 400 is like Cherry on Top. We only Understood it's Value after We lost it. And after Seeing So many Fake SUVs this Vlog is So Soothing to watch. TATA is Getting Expert in Killing it's Legacy. But I hope not with Sierra.
So here's a story why I love the safari. The first time I have seen safari was overtaking us at a mighty speed of around 80 kmph on a road with half a feet deep poth holes where we were struggling and snaking our indica to avoid poth holes. It's road presence and dust it created always created a memory for me. Well it is story of around 2009 and it still manages to bring the joy on my face when I see a safari.
finally vlog on varicor 400 after waiting for 4 year thank you soo much Faisal sir.........all safari lover hits like ki yei video trending no 1 par aa jyiiiii 😅 Dill khush Kar diyaa 💯💯💯❤️
But I am still glad that Mahindra is trying to keep the tradition going with the Scorpio n and Scorpio classic. Even though they may not be as hard core the previous generations of the Scorpio and safari (dicor and varicor)
I don't really understand Tata's logic they changed the safari's chassis and drivetrain but didn't make much changes to the body when they launched the storme
I simply love this car bro I think TATA should start the production of this real SUV with some modifications again and then it will sell like crazy btw love your videos FAISAL😇.
when i was 10yrs old there used to be a show( those who remember) "24" and main actor was anil kapoor , in the show anil kapoor has an brown tata safari in main chase scene as a police cop and used white and red colored safari for escaping it was like a series of james bond where main actor didn't had an aston martin but a real powerful and 4x4 indian suv today when i see army using this vehicle this my main crush as an suv , u can't compare this suv with today's tata safari
Saw it as a small kid for the first time, parked in busy street of a small town infront of a famous cassette store, and oh boy..I have never seen anything like that before in my life. Much bigger than any other cars I ever saw in my small hometown..!!
Amazing bro….. This is my dream car…. I will definitely buy one when I will become that much capable to buy one…. Even after ten years I will buy this…..
Hey Faisal tomorrow is my JEE exam will watch video after it...after all this was one of the most awaited vlog. Also all the best for my aspirants reading this comment 👍
@@realkannaaadigananu4148 they were good enough... maybe not manza but the sierra had a good package of engines... which weren't from tata ofc...and the aria and hexa too...and theya re robust and rugged so quality ain't a problem...but they they weren't unreliable as such...nexon,punch,altroz can be unreliable...and all the new gen tata cars...and yeah indica series...but the cars which i mentioned were actually good
@@realkannaaadigananu4148 no, tata cars have average reliability, they are not unreliable, i'm talking from 2016 onwards, i have altroz and it is a fantastic car have done almost 30000km now and it has not given any problem, the way i drive fast and enthusiastic most of the time but i am glad the mechanicals, bushings and suspension have not given me any noise or trouble. Our tiago has also done 60000km + and it has no major issue till now.
The last of a dying breed, the reigning, defending, undisputed Real and legend SUV, the Safari Storme v400. You are driving the 4x4 variant, that's why the steering is a little heavy in slow driving.
Sometimes I’ll get interest in old Tata cars and these days again I got it and I’ve been seeing arizz’s videos for seeing the safari and I was waiting for you to vlog on this cars and I wish I had a safari and pls reply me Faisal
Tata should bring back this gem but with some tweaks and with a good engine. It can give a good competition to Scorpio-N and still be much better than the fake one, if given with new features and bit of a reliability would add up to the deal💯
We recently bought one in perfect condition ,2016 model rwd, just for 5.80lks , we got a very good deal, but the only problem is its intercooler is leaking, and no power till 2500rpm , soon we will change the intercooler and then its going to fly
Proud Owner of Tata Safari Storme VariCOR 400 4x4 this car has tht emotional attachment only a true SUV fan can sense it. For its price this was d best on d market i cannot think of any car fr replacement!!!!🛻🛣🌍🏔⛰🌈🌩🌨🌤
Ohhh man the seats look and feel plush and very comfy. Tata has always nailed it with seating comfort and seats quality in all their cars. Even now harrier and safari have the best seats in the segment. Agree Faisal??
@@realkannaaadigananu4148 reliability ain't a big deal that car is made for gansta feels not for taxis or commuting...and that fanbase this car created is undoubtedly more than a fortuner in those days ...if u want reliability then go for a toyota...and make ur car overpriced and taxi...idk why everyone screams for reliability...some cars have something and lacks something and it is what it is
@@mohdsuffian3477 dude why they dont give. All this with reliability??? Fortuner sells even after being over priced bcz it has reliability....resale value...they are like tanks...even after 20. years fortuner will rune like smooth new car
It's actually very easy to drive in city too. Just a matter of hours to get it. Point is you can clearly see what is ahead of car infornt more clearly than others. Early judgement of pedestrians and obstacles gives the edge and effortless drive. Fatigue kicks in other cars more easily than safari because of visibility issues. For me heavy steering or gears never bothered on long drives (1k /day)
I always wished to buy this car in my school days. Faisal is right this car really got a feel, it is real suv. I'm totally agree with the points you discussed with through this video❤️
13:55🙏🏻🥺😞. Very true said Big BROTHER 👌🤍👨👦. It happens to stay in the market REALLY 🙏🏻. Thank You for your Fantastic EFFORTS to describe this BEAUTY 😌✌🏻.
When TATA offered no body bought it. Even if TATA will bring it back people will not buy it. Nowadays everyone is like why don't tata sells this tata sell that, when they did nobody supported them.
The new safari looks good but TATA should have kept this model one going as well, like Mahindra did it with the Scorpio Classic. This Safari is worrthy of its name and has the Machismo looks ot it.
Will pick this anyday over harrier, scorpio classic/N only if tata gets their mind fixed & brings back storme with varicor engine...much more capable than mjd. Ride quality, comfort, space is superb...absolute RAJA SUV.
Hey speaking on topic of doing reviews on past generation cars, you think we'll ever get a Toyota Supra's? I can't wait to see the joy and excitement in your voice when you listen it rev and press that pedal full!
Plzzz relaunch this original tata safari storme with many features and bs6 update only. not required changes in design and looks Its a true feeling and emotion to all indians and old safari lovers ❤️@tatamotors
When I See OG SAFARI it always takes my heart I just stare it till it gets disappear it's my love or even more than that I don't know that what would that feeling should be called in a single word but seriously it's not just a vehicle it's something else for me, it's a real icon but having so much of deep feelings for this legend I don't have it but one day I will fulfill my dream by owning it and then I will feel like that I am the king of the road bcs I have been there in that front seat of SAFARI the view which I saw that was so dominating those high seats and first the person should have to climb in it with those foot steps and then when I saw that long bonnet seriously there the game ends for each suv, tata doesn't know what they created it. It was gem but how badly they just killed it and now they just fooling us with that crossover which doesn't have 1% character of this ICON Since childhood when there was 1st gen SAFARI from there it all started for me and I would like to say that 1st gen SAFARI was even more hotter ❤️
It's an insult to call the new Harrier Plus 7 seater a Safari. But Tata's real Achilles Heel has always been their inconsistent quality control. And it's sad to see that. Hopefully, they'll do better with Curve concept and Sierra.
