That happened to me! My artist got to a point in my tattoo that required a lot of detail. So he borrowed the shop owners reading glasses. The tattoo turned out great

Honestly, the only reason it's recognizable as Audrey Hepburn is because that's based off an iconic photo of her. Also a studio photo of her not one from Breakfast at Tiffany's but that's a whole other thing. It's totally missing the true shape of her nose and the eyebrows are smaller than they are which are two things that totally change Hepburn's unique and iconic beauty to one of mediocrity. It's a shame because the line work and contrast is great but the elements of the face change it so that it literally looks like the reference photo was maybe from someone dressing up as Audrey Hepburn for Halloween.
