I put in my two week notice this morning at a job I’ve been at for 24 years, I’m 44 now, got a new job getting much better pay and peace of mind, thanks guys for the encouragement to finally step out of my comfort zone, new year, new life🙏🏿
Indeed, he is right in almost all aspects, but he did not consider that Olympia has also a live stream now, which is another stream of money for them that the 18 year old fans can afford and will potentially buy if clasic guys promote it, so they are making money for them
Shane Dimora was 19 when he won the middleweight class in bodybuilding. Shawn Ray was 19 I believe. Cody Montgomery was 20, Terrance Ruffin and I were 21. Aton youngest classic pro by far right now
As much as I miss Iain as a bodybuilder I’m super happy for him because hes never smiled so much and looked so happy which is super nice to see! Keep it up 🫡
If Sam ever decides to say what drugs he takes, those same people criticizing him now for not saying it, will be the first ones to go "Why would he say what he's on, now everyone is going to think if they take that exact same stuff they're going to look like him." There is literally nothing Sam can say or do that will make everyone happy. So he should do and say whatever the fuck he wants.
In general with having an online presence for about 5 years now. You will piss off someone no matter what you say. Doesn't fucking matter, and I think to Sam's credit he knows that
I think if nobody is selling something it's there choice weathr they wanto talk about it or not, but I disagree I think if he says what he's taking that does more good then not bc kids will realise he isn't natty and that doing huge cycles is pointless and not worth it
@@WillThomas-hs3oj I don't think kids think he's natty though lol. Like out of all the decent sized guys on social media he looks the least natty out of all of them lol. And if kids want to be like him and find out his exact cycle, how would that make them think it's pointless? They'd think they found the formula to be like him and will be more inclined to try it.
Why would anyone want to know what he is on??? We all know what he is on. The same things everyone else takes and it depends on if in prep or not. There are no secrets. Well maybe when it comes to getting quality GH or primo at a semi affordable price. lol
My best advice for BJJ is think of every technique as a never ending chain. Chain offensive moves, chain defensive techniques, chain submissions and chain submission defenses. Nobody ever just does one thing at a time
Iain has so much passion for this sport, you saw it on display here on this podcast. It's why I'm so glad he is staying in the sport and trying to be a judge. He cares about it, and will always judge that way I feel.
Fouad have you ever thought about foster care? You can even do respite care where you just help foster parents by watching the kids for a few times a week. Might be a good way to dip your toe into having a kid without taking the adoption plunge.
Ah yes, just in time for some relaxation, i can't walk like a normal human as my legs are sore AF, work has been crazy this month, and is still more to come till the end of the month, new podcast episode will make this day awesome. Will eat my meal, go light up a cigar and watch the pod, tommorow we go all over again
Sam inspires me and I’m just a regular dude. I don’t care about gear or getting yuuge or competing … I did cardio right now because Sam convinced me to do it and my workouts have been filled with youthful mentality because of him.
They have Tim Hortons in Michigan. I went to college there and they had them everywhere. I’m pretty sure they are in Indiana too. Also, we need a link to buy the Paul shirt, Mike. 😂😂😂😂
Stick to the BJJ fouad. I felt terrible at the start but at some point it will click and you will start surprising yourself. It doesn’t take that long. You could have your blue belt in a year and you will feel totally different. Also that time where it feels terrible is where you build character. I know you don’t necessarily need that but when I started at 19 I did and it seriously humbled me. Respect you trying mate
@1:14:00 I think the best way to get anyone, including a potential sponsor to get involved is to bring them to a show. Fouad, why don’t you invite some executives, big names, or celebrities to your show in Detroit? Have them attend, give them the VIP treatment, and earn a fan. Show them the value. You know who would sponsor a bodybuilding show? PBD, Rogan, Shaq, Triple H.
@fouad You really should adopt. My husband (53) and I (36) did. its life changing. You speak about being a dad often. And you will be an amazing Father. The "thing" youre looking for may not be fulfilled with sports.... It really sounds like you have a lot of love to give and share what your dad gave to you to a little one. I have been a foster mother for a few years and an adoptive mother. If you and your wife have questions or concerns, please reach out.
I had the whole left half of my back done in one 16 hour session without a flinch. Now at 40 I went to do a piece on my quad and it hurt like f$&k!!! 😅
Love my Son and his Family but my Dog is my Best Friend, best Buddy, my shadow….only thing who runs to you so excited after only being gone for 30 minutes.
Thank you for mixing up the guests. Part of what we love are the mixing of different personalities, episode to episode. And bring back Guy for a special return episode!
He Fouad keep doing BJJ man! Even if it's only once a week. Makes you better in so many ways. Idk if you read or not but Rickson Gracies book "breath" is amazing. You won't be able to put it down. When you start out, you'll just feel like crap because how good everyone is. You'll learn defense first and how to deal with suck. It shows you what you can actually handle. Keep it up brother! Thanks for all you do.
Ayyeee shoutout to Ninja Creami, I just bought one last weekend I've been using it every day it's awesome, trying different protein flavors and mix ins
We already saw the scenario of what would happen if you held out for money in terms of your Olympia contract with Kai Green, the weeders had canceled his contract, which meant he wasn’t getting paid as much money as he was with them, still using his likeness to promote the show he wouldn’t sign his Olympia contract until they gave them the money backand we all know how that turned out
My experience with dogs if you decide to get another dog, is get the opposite sex. Dogs are pack animals if you get two dogs of the same sex they will constantly fight for alpha status.
I had a similar experience the other day when I was casually mentioned I almost forgot my blood pressure meds and went to go get them and my 12 year old cousin who I was talking to goes "steroids"? In a joking under the breath manner. It caught me off guard, I'm not jacked by any means. Apparently kids are being conditioned to think any amount of muscularity is steroids
It's weird bc, growing up, it was actually the opposite for me, I thought you could get big and muscular natty, and my dad was, so I trained hard and for a long time, and sure enough I got big and muscular
I've seen dudes who are obv natty not impressive at all looking and ppl saying there on roids... if you have good genes eat alot of food and train hard, you can get pretty big and muscular, and I have high expectations, saying this
@fouadabiad Most shelters have experienced staff that can match or tell you about a dog that would be a great fit with your current pup. Ive worked with rescues and fostered lots of dogs with my pack of 5, and the rescue dogs seem to adjust very well unless they are the type that must be in a single dog household, but the rescue staff will know that for sure!
The best part about the haters online. Anytime someone comments negatively on one of Sam's posts or anyone's in general all it does is increase exposure and get their posts higher up on the algorithms so the haters are essentially making Sam and others more money. 😂😂
@@charbabyFNFwhat if someone doesn’t use instagram because it’s addictive? Why can’t we post questions here on RU-vid if videos are released on RU-vid anyway
I still don’t understand what’s wrong with the scale guy, it’s the same with Kenny KO if you don’t got nothing to hide what’s the 10 seconds it takes to jump on a scale lol Still love yall just find it funny how that works
