The last dude 100% picked at his tattoo while it was healing. Tattoos fade over time, but for entire spots to be missing from the image means the skin had to have been peeled off.

I have some girl friends that refuse to get tattooed by a man and I never really understood why...and then I watched the way Mike interacted with that poor woman, and I now get it. That was agonizingly painful to watch.

it’s nice to see the artists without attitude problems get a good chance to make their canvases happy and showcase their talent, but it really makes you wonder how ethical it is to stress out these artists and have them putting permanent art on human canvases in a time limit-like there’s fake skins at this point, i know it’s not the same but for competing purposes maybe that’s a better idea??

I love how the producers and Dave act all innocent when the majority of these tattoos suck because this competition is not really conducive to getting a good tattoo.

I can’t help but think that the after care of some of these tattoos wasn’t top notch. Being covered in tattoos i can definitely tell the difference in some of my tats that were not the artist’s fault but my own

I think it’s be awesome if tattoo artists showed you your sketch on paper that matched your skin color so you could see a truer color outcome. Everything looks brighter and more defined on the white paper

The ones who actually respected, listened their canvases word and accepted their failure on their tattoos deserve all the praises, they were humble yet open to what their failed canvases had to say, even the one who didn’t got the chances accepted it his fail But Mike and Julia?
