I just wanted to comment and say that first, you’re doing an amazing job as a mother, teacher and wife. It’s totally normal to have a burnout. What worked for me to avoid a burnout like that is having time set aside for myself…self care days helps a lot. My therapist recommended that for me since I’m a very compassionate person and deal with a lot working in the medical field I take on other people’s energy to where I often get so drained at the end of the day. Therefore making me irritated or negative. But having that set time for yourself will help you a lot! Hope this helps you somewhat! ❤

I have to leave for work at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="390">6:30</a> and I usually wake up between <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="255">4:15</a>-<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="285">4:45</a> so I can sit around and drink my coffee and wake up before getting ready. I’ve learned about myself that I need a slow morning. And yes, I go to bed very early lol

Hi Kathy! First grade teacher here in Georgia. I usually get up at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="370">6:10</a>-<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="361">6:1</a>s… on Tuesday and Wednesday, we have to be at school by <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="450">7:30</a> for PD in the morning, those days are a srruggle😢always rushed.

One thing we did with decimals was the game of life. They get to play that and of course subtract and add money and what not or you can have them do a store where they can do the same

I have to be at work for <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="405">6:45</a> and kids come in the building at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="410">6:50</a>. I typically get to work around <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="395">6:35</a>.
