The B6.4 build is done! Let's go over the parts used in the build, as well as things to watch for when putting it together.

Love your channel. Can you do a links/list of the parts you use in your builds? It really helps alot when assembling ideas of what people want to build. Thanks for all the great content!

Super excited to see your full review razor. A friend of mine bought the 6.4 and we are racing the 2nd round of our SARDA nationals this weekend. Keen to see what the buggy looks like..performing on thw track. Ill be racing my 6.3 this weekend. One thing i saw is that you trim down the little ball on the front hubs of the buggy.. i found that if i leave it on. It doesnt tend to split open and seperate so easily. You should try it. Just a tip for longer lasting front hubs. Great video as always. Thank you sir. Enjoy the buggy!

Nice overview of the build Razer , Hope you will like this updated version of the b6.x series still hanging on my b6.1 for now. Still love this buggy and will drive it until a bigger change.

@@RazorRC Thanks! I used to race back in the day … I have a B6.4D showing up on Monday and I’m excited about how I’m going to paint it up (me do it, someone else do it, etc). Probably going to take a PTO just for a build-day lol.

Did you have any issues with the steering binding?On my build it did when I installed the shock tower assembly not quite sure on how to free it up? Other then that it assembled fairly easy…

Debating this or the latest Losi. Any thoughts? Anybody have experience with both? I haven't raced in a long time but what to get back in
@RazorRC
@RazorRC 2 года назад
The TLR is pretty dated (3-4 years old), I would definitely get the B6.4 right now.

@@RazorRC ok cool, thank you for the info! 👍 Haven't raced these since I was a young teenager back in the Losi XX days and Novak was still around. I'm going to have a huge learning curve to face 🤣🤣

I should have bought the B6.4D. It was cheaper to buy and has all the parts in the kit to build the carpet version. Both laydown and laydback motor design and the ball and geardiff. The carpet version has not.

I can't find anything with a definitive parts list to confirm that all of that comes with the dirt kit, but the slipper is different between the kits and the chassis is 3mm longer in the carpet version.

6200 mah battery? We running 4000s. Lot lighter. Just saying. Cool rig. Still waiting for mine show.
@RazorRC
@RazorRC 2 года назад
Check my first run video, I switched to a 4200mah that was definitely quicker around the track. We run stock here though, so the long voltage times of the 6000mah is an advantage if your buggy can handle properly with it.
