Tecfidera Side Effects - Weight Gain
I asked 255 Tecfidera users if weight gain was a real tecfidera side effect and the results are just INCREDIBLE.
Today im going to share my findings and tell you about my tecfidera weight gain experience and how a few simple changes have made a HUGE change to my life.

Very interesting Ian. You have never appeared bloated, glad you're doing better good for you. (Usually shows in the face). I'm supposed to start on the techfidera like drug that doesn't upset the stomach. Little nervous.

@Karen P hey, hope your doing well. The bloating was in my belly, full of wind all the time. You could play me like bagpipes lol. I understand being nervous but just dive into it and I'm sure you will be great!! If you can start them on a day where your at home with not much to do, that way if you have any reactions at least your comfortable. I take mine with a 1 a day antihistamine and plenty of water and I'm normally good. Let me know how it goes when you start it. 😁🧡

Every ms video the narrator is seated. I look good too that way. Let's see walking too! I am guessing that wouldn't be so good. Neither would my performance.

I've been on Tec for more than a year now and my weight hasn't changed. I started eating more at breakfast so I thought I would gain some, but it didn't happen. I guess it's because sugar now really upsets my stomach, so even if I increased my fat (good fat) intake I almost completely cut out sugar and sugary snacks, so they compensated each other!

@kara I found that it was carbs and sugar I was binging on. That was my downfall lol but now it's all in check and my weight is good 😁 sounds like you have your nutrition on point which is great 😁🧡

Yes I've gained weight, but idk if it's because of tecfidera or because I've been eating more at meals afraid of side effects.

@Spectaa a I agree with you about the eating more. I think I was just eating a little more for comfort and for fear of flushing and it just piled on the pounds. Have you put on much weight? Thanks Ian🧡😁

I didn't gain weight, I lost tons of weight but I cycle mtb and roadbike alot.

I just changed to VUMERITY after being on Tecfidera since 2014. I’ve lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks after stopping Tecfidera without changing my eating habits.
