teehee and his family from the cartoon network sho The marvelous misadventures of flapjack by thurop van orman I do not own this footage it is property of thurop van omran and Warner Bros. Television Distribution.
You know, I loved this episode when I was a kid.I think this was one of the most serious, beautiful and insightful episodes of FlapJack. It has a nice twist with the stranger being handsome instead of ugly, like everyone believed. And I loved the fact that this teaches kids that we should value other people's work, not beauty. And also the fact that just because you're beautiful, that does not mean you are superficial or don't have any talents. Beauty isn't everything
full offence, you have one of the worst writing kinks i have ever seen. “@t”? what the hell does it mean? are you trying to say “that”? even still, why?
The background music of this scene doesn't get enough credit. It's a strange encounter with flapjack and this man's family but this music kinda makes it sweet you know?
One of the biggest disservices to this fantastic show is the fact that it never got a proper release of its full soundtrack on digital, CD, or Vinyl. While basically every show that followed up from the creators of Flapjack, including the people behind the voices and music, did see such respective releases happen (e.g. steven universe, adventure time, gravity falls.) We never even got a proper HD release of the show to purchase on DVD. You can buy the complete series digitally but it’s standard definition which sucks because it was made in HD quality. Anyways, I’m just blabbering this because I totally agree with you. The music in general was so freaking sweet and hilarious.
I don’t see why, the episode did a good job at explaining it all. The man was a good beauty supply maker but no one wanted to buy anything he made, because they were too distracted by HIS beauty. He didn’t want to only be known for his good looks and wanted a humble life for him and his family based on hard work. But even though his wares were excellent, no one trusted a man with a sack over his head so he and his family fell into poverty.
This episode revolutionized beauty for me. Ever since I saw it, I can't resist singing "🎵The most beautiful ____ in the wor-r-rld 🎶" whenever I find something especially pleasing (it's usually food)
Its like going to your friends house only to find out they're mormon or something. You have to tiptoe around certain topics and nod your head sometimes even if you dont fully understand what you're agreeing with. Nice people, but definitely weird.
This one stuck with me for a long time, but I only held on to very vague memories. All I could remember was a man with a sack for his head in what I believed to be a dark ally trying to get kids by leaving candy on the corner of a street. I made up a whole story in my mind of a very different situation since my memory wasn’t clear I thought I remember a man with a smiley face like in the horror movie smile, but I knew the memory wasn’t from the movie. So, my memory of this episode has puzzled me for a long time, but now I know where this memory comes from. It’s a very different concept that what I remembered.
Or she’s ugly. Considering a girl isn’t a girl unless she’s pretty, and a man isn’t a man unless he’s ugly. So she must be the opposite if her husband’s pretty.
He is the most beautiful man in the world so that means his wife is the most beautiful woman in the world and his kids are the most beautiful children in the world
