Getting a break because you’re a juvenile needs to change. The severity and frequency of criminal behavior needs to be the first step, not how old the person is. Just like the murderer of the retired police chief, the person was bragging about a slap on the wrist because he’s a juvenile. The laws for juvenile crime were developed when juveniles parents were sure to punish and not cover for their little angels.
