The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been a household name for more than 30 years. While the property exploded into superstardom with the success of the TMNT cartoon in the late 80s, the turtle's beginnings are routed in the friendship of Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird and the self-published comic book of the same name. Originally an edgy black and white comic book, the TMNT would go on to become pizza-loving, surfer dudes in the cartoon and the accompanying Archie Comics series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures.
If you grew up with the original cartoon, or one of the many different cartoon series that have come out since, or perhaps the TMNT movies, games, action figures and more that have kept the turtles relevant more more than a third of a century, but have not started to add the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics to your collection, this video will point you in the right direction. Some of these books are incredibly affordable. Others are price prohibitive and downright scarce.
