Hello Suzanne. I realise that I listen to your hypnotherapy sessions on a regular basis and have rarely thanked you. Your voice and the vibrations you inspire put me to sleep so beautifully. I can no longer fall asleep without listening to something ( since I’ve started to have tinnitus) and your videos do it for me every time. Many many thanks to you from Paris.

Last night when I went to bed I decided to listen to your Tongue thrusting session. In 1990 I got a bridge and I’ve been tongue thrusting ever since and I hate it. I’ve also suffered from insomnia for years. I can take a sleeping tablet at 8.45 and still be lying awake at 3am. I don’t know whether the hypnosis worked for tongue thrusting because I fell into a deep sleep after the first 2/3 minutes. I wakened up today feeling so rested. Absolutely amazing. I can’t thank you enough. I went to sleep long before the recording had finished . Question: Will my subconscious have listened while I was asleep?

Well I've tried listening to this 4 times now and was only able to make it to the energy shooting part before falling asleep! I'll keep at it, maybe 1 day I'll be able to stay awake the whole 22 minutes lol

How many times do you have to listen for it to work and to retrain your brain? As in how many days/weeks?

This is her newer version of this hypnosis. The previous one, that is 23:45, wakes you up at the end with a count down. This one does not. It cuts off at 22 minutes. It felt weird not having that countdown and the “wide awake” part. The hypnosis seems the same as the previous. Not sure why she made this second one. I’ll stick to the original one. Highly recommend for jaw clenching.

Hi Monica, I took the ending off because people complained it had a wake up at the end lol. Hard to keep everyone happy :) Now there is one you can sleep too and one you don't :) Happy to hear you are enjoying the original and thank you for being here :)

I am happy you can use it to fall asleep. We are most suggestible at that time :) I might start doing one of each for others since people like both :)
