Teeth Grinding Exercises ✅ How to Stop Bruxism & Jaw Pain I Jaw Clenching
Are you suffering from pain due to teeth grinding? You are not alone, the number of those affected is growing steadily. Pain patients of all kinds are affected by bruxism or teeth grinding as well as the typical complaints and effects on the entire body.
Usually you notice the jaw pain early in the morning when you wake up. The jaw muscles feel tight and tense. And you have a feeling of heavy pressure on your teeth.
You have probably already been through a long ordeal and are looking for a way to get rid of your pain in the jaw muscles. The main cause for the pain due to teeth grinding/ bruxism is excessive tension in your jaw muscles.
To get rid of this jaw pain, you need to relax the jaw muscles deeply.
Pain Specialist Roland Liebscher-Bracht shows you powerful relaxation exercises that can immediately help you to get your teeth grinding/ bruxism under control.
If you do this regularly, you will notice that this grinding tension goes really down!
If this video helped you, we would be very happy if you subscribe to our channel so that you will

Hi, I’m glad I came to your channel! I’m now a Subscriber! My son is 5yrs old and he grinds his teeth at night. His new teeth haven’t come in yet so I’m glad I’m getting a head start to help him. Question, since I’ll be helping him through this process, what tips can you give me for a child? What tool can I use if I don’t have anything fancy? Should I start with a soft tool or something medium? And should I be helping him do this every day and until what point should we stop? Thank you for helping

Hi Janet! 🙂 Thanks for your comment! We're also glad that you've found us and our natural treatment approach that can aid in a pain-free and healthy life! 💪😊 Our exercises can also work for children as soon as they're able to evaluate and rate their pain on their personal pain scale from 1 to 10. Please learn more about this pain scale in our five pillars of practice at the end of this article. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-tg These rules also reveal that it's most effective to do our exercises on a regular basis. We recommend practising daily and hold each stretch/exercise phase for at least 2 minutes. 🤗 Also don't worry if you don't have our tools that we use in our videos. You can basically use any alternative item as a substitute. Maybe you have a wine cork at home or you can simply use your fingers and thumbs to press these specific osteopressure points. Our products are also available in our online shop if you're interested in buying them. 😊👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-shop Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht P.S. Do you already know our official support group?! 👉😊 lie-br.com/fbgroup In this group, we don't only provide our knowledge and advice, but it's also a safe space to exchange information, talk top tips and share your personal experiences with others suffering from the same or similar pain conditions. 🙌 Maybe you find someone who is already experienced in treating children?! Thanks for your comment and concern. But we can assure you that you don't have to worry about performing our exercises. 🙂 We've found that exercising is actually hugely beneficial to helping with all kinds of pain and we've already helped many people with their pain. If you rest too much, your body, muscles, and joints can get stiff and sore. These exercises will help strengthen, stretch, and heal the body, by releasing any built up tension in your muscles and fascia that is causing most pain conditions. Please learn more about our treatment approach and its effectiveness on our website. 😊👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-therapy You can do our exercises without causing any further problems or pain, as long as you remember our rules of exercising and our pain scale. 😊🙏 You'll find further information on these rules and our pain scale at the bottom of this article. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-tg Try our exercises daily for real results and let us know how you feel! 😊 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

When I did the jaw stretch using my hands to help pull it down, I found that my heart started beating faster. Is that a typical reaction? Also, putting pressure on the pain points made me salivate quite a lot! Apart from that, they are good exercises. I have been naturally drawn to massaging those pain points, but never done it consistently. I'll try it now every day to see what happens. Do you have any idea how long it might take to stop teeth grinding? I've been a grinder for 40+ years
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN 3 года назад
Hi there, thanks for sharing your experience with us! 🙏 Honestly, we didn't get any feedback on getting a faster heartbeat when performing our exercises so far. It might be some reaction from your body showing that the stretch is too painful. Do you use your personal pain scale from one to ten as a guide when pressing, rolling, or doing our stretches? You will get the best results if you always work at a level eight or nine and never stretch beyond this pain. This means that you should always hold the stretch when you feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise. Never stretch so far that you have to tense up mentally or physically. It's great to hear that you keep practising daily! Unfortunately, we can't tell you how long it will take, as this depends on the individual extent of the muscular-fascial tension in your jaw. The more tension there is, the longer it will take to release it of course. So don't give up too early and stretch regularly for best results. 💪 Please let us know how you get on, we'd love to know! 🙂 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

Hi there, thanks for sharing your experience with us! 🙏 We know that these exercises can be tough and also painful, but this is necessary for them to be effective and a sign that they actually work. 😊💪 Just remember to go slow and steady, and always aim to reach a nine on your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 (a ten is just too painful and you have to tense up, but a nine is an intense pain that still allows you to breathe calmly). Remembering this pain scale ensures that these exercises are performed effectively, but you're not harming your body or worsening your pain. 🙂 Make sure to practise daily for real results. You should notice a big difference soon and it will a bit easier for you every time you repeat them. 🙌😍 Please let us know how you got on, we'd love to know! @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN 2 года назад
Hi there 🙂 Thanks for your question! Although we don't have any experience whether these exercises can also help with teeth chattering, we think they could help improve it. If you do these exercises regularly you'll relax your tense jaw muscles that may also result in more teeth chattering due to the muscular-fascial tension. In addition, we'd recommend you to see a doctor to treat your anxiety, because also psychological factors can contribute to the development of pain. 🙏 We hope you're feeling better soon! @@Liebscher.Bracht_EN blimey that was quick! i have been going through other tmj videos previously to yours but the first 2 stretches that you did in this video were ones I have seen elsewhere (the first video here is similar to a goldfish exercise i have read elsewhere). I definitely do feel a stretch when doing these exercises so I will continue going through these. I don't know why but as a consequence of my tmj I have developed an overbite on only the right side of my lower jaw. Is that possible? Would doing these exercises correct that do you think? thanks x
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN 2 года назад
Great to hear that you give them a try! 💪🙂 For real results, please don't forget to practise daily! Unfortunately, we're not able to tell you from a distance if that's what happened in your case, but it is possible that your muscular-fascial tensions have been that high that they even caused a misalignment of your teeth. Hence, by doing our exercises and releasing any built up tension regularly, you may even be able to correct your overbite - if it's caused by muscular-fascial tensions. 🙂💪 Best wishes, Hannah form Liebscher & Bracht

is it normal to feel tenderness in the jaw the day after doing this
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN 2 года назад
Definitely! If you notice some initial worsening of your pain after exercising for the first time, this is normal due to your body’s natural reaction. Your muscles and fasciae "wake up" and start to respond to the exercises. If they haven't been stretched for a while, they became sore and stiff, so they first have to get used to the new movement patterns. We still recommend you to keep on doing them regularly for best results. But be careful, this may also be a signal from your body that you are overdoing things. Therefore, remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide and always aim at working at a level 8 or 9. This is when you feel intense pain, but you're still able to breathe calmly and you don't have to tense up. 🙂🙏 In our five pillars of practice at the end of this article you can find further tips on how this pain scale works and how to perform our exercises correctly. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-tg If you have any questions, just contact us again. 🙂 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht
