What StaynFr0sty_ was saying, but with a few corrections and punctuation: For anyone wonder, this is Kunimitsu's (from T2) daughter. Albeit being her successor, unlike the original Kunimitsu, who only wielded a kodachi, this Kunimitsu wields both a kodachi and a wakizashi, seemingly with different elemental properties. Kunimitsu's allusion to her mother, after retrieving the cursed "Enchanted Yoshimitsu" sword (yep, Yoshimitsu is a title given to the leader of the Manji and wielder of the sword), is a direct reference to her mother's cause for entering the second Tekken Tournament (retrieving the sword, so her dying grandfather could forge a copy before he passed away)

So does it mean after three generations they succeed to get their hands on Yoshimitsu blade? If it's true, what's next to the story? I only knew the original Kunimitsu fell ill hence why her daughter are up to the task. I hope they're able to make the copy tho, don't know if the grandfather still alive to forge the copy.

It would be better for Jun to rejoin in Tekken 8, not as a DLC payable character. That wouldn't do justice since you saw, all of the returning DLC characters don't have a story.

I don't think this will happen. The Switch is pretty weak in performance and would have huge problems with online gameplay and probably even offline, if they don't cut out some stuff. Smash Bros alrady has big issues with that for the same reason.
