Victor and azucena should have been dlc characters while Lidia and fahkumram should have been in the starting roster, it's just ridiculous that your previous games dlc characters are still your next games dlc characters
That makes sense because Eddy is a Capoeirista, and Capoeira mainly uses kicks. So although Eddy does have hand movements, most of his moves are kicks.
I wish Eddie would’ve gotten his own stage, like a Capoeira circle on the street of Brazil and the NPC’s would be in the background playing their instruments
To be honest I wanted Lidia a bit more as Anna has a better 50/50 mix up than Nina but was a lot more of a gamble. Very high risk high reward character. Lidia was an offensive powerhouse if people learned how to do more than mash back 4,4,4. Plus I liked her stance transitions a lot and her linear offense made her balanced after some patches in my opinion. She wasn't a broken mess like season 3 Leroy or season 4 fakurham.
At least we have Eddy Gordo and Lidia Sobieska. I'm still waiting for news of Anna Williams, Lei Wulong and Julia Chang. Apparently the other two downloadable content (DLC) characters are going to be Craig Marduk and Fakhuram. They should include Anna, Julia and Lei on a season two pass or season three pass along with Bob, Armor King and Miguel Caballero Rojo. My reasoning for this is as follows: 1 - Lei, Anna and Julia are important and iconic characters of the Tekken franchise and therefore SHOULD be included. 2 - Bob and Miguel have been there since Tekken 6 and have become part of the Tekken family and are iconic in their own right and therefore SHOULD be included. 3 - Armor King is essential to the storyline with Craig Marduk and King and therefore SHOULD be included. 4 - Lucky Chloe is a complete joke of a character and therefore SHOULD NOT be included. 5 - Julia SHOULD be there because her adoptive mother Michelle would be considered too old to be in the game by now as for some unknown reason Tekken has only ever featured young women in their 20's or teens and Michelle would be a middle aged woman by now. 6 - Because Bruce Irvin, Christie Montiero, Bake Doo San and Wang Jinrei haven't been there for some time Nam o probably WON'T put them in Tekken 8 although it WOULD be good to see them in the game. 7 - Heihachi Mishima is dead now and so he obviously WON'T be in Tekken 8.
@@i.still.function3463 Most DLCs for this game will end up being characters that are already in T7, since that game's roster was so huge. Only exceptions will be Roger, Bruce, guest characters, or newcomers
That was paused/cancelled years ago, that's why we had Akuma in T7 to test how people will react to Harada's vision going 2D. That's why you have full screen, homing, safe, plus on block, forcing mix ups heat smashes.
Pro: Eddy gets a serious story once again Con: Lidia is DLC again?! I feel like all of the Tekken 7 DLC Newcomers should've been in the base roster for Tekken 8
I’m surprised Lydia returned in this as she was DLC but it means anyone can return in the game and is Crazy that it has been 30 Years since the Original Game started and look at it now, it has evolved into something great.
It wasn't terrible to begin with. And no, adding the stupid "Waffle house" stage will never make anything better, get your head out of your ass and move on.
They're charging us for dlc that can only be earned through online grinding. Remember when Tag Tournament 2 was packed with content, and let us unlock stuff offline, just by playing the game? Modern gaming business is so corrupt, less for more. .
@ekubalk96 It was everyone's loss, cause it is a much better game than Tekken 7 and 8. Jam packed with content and no season pass dlc or microtransactions.
@@lllool8404 her design is practical, u can like it or not, and shes literally the first T7 female character without a DOA/generic doll face, now in 8 Nina is also kinda different or "Lidia Like" which is a good thing what are u smoking and did u leave something?
Im guessing the new story mode we jun wake up from her long sleep, and who knows maybe we'll get to see her do stuff awake since she was standing next to an unconscious kazuya
As someone who loves using photo mode in video games I’m very glad to have it coming to Tekken 8. I’m definitely going to be taking hundreds of photos.
Fun Fact and prediction : In DLC list season name color and character palette are match right ? Next one is Autumn it's have sky blue color. Sky blue in Thai is si fah (สีฟ้า) that mean "Fah"kumram have a high chance to be next character after Lidia.
@@kennethboozer6148 every prediction can be possible but i think marduk is australian and national color are green and gold yes he always wearing green and his hit effect is yellow
I'm so glad to see lidia is back again, new arenas, photo modes, and story modes in autumn was looks amazing, i'm gonna play lidia in tekken 7 soon only for myself
She really should've been in the starting line up but dot tell the ppl here that bc they'll get excited about anything Tekken related even if it's trash. Meanwhile the OG players are waiting for Bruce.
@@i.still.function3463 we have so many characters that should have been better picks for the roster but okay...we apparently care for the 10 ppl who started tekken with 7 not for those who made the franchise what it is now
@@JKara-sn4wp It's a normal practice in the entire FGC for a character to be DLC Twice in a row it seems. I have two examples. You got the likes of Yamazaki in KOF XIV and XV and Ed in Street Fighter 5 and 6
@@MrMonsterKen that's not why people were laughing. People were laughing because Namco was obviously trying to emphasize the "free" aspect because of all the bad press they're getting.
That's really interesting they brought back lidia, since I thought because Reina was in the game and so similar to her, lidia was kinda like a beta version of her but with mishima moves
I don’t even know who Lidia is so that doesn’t bother me Fr. What I’m here for is *THAT NEW STORY MODE STUFF* 🤩 Jun was there! Which hopefully means we don’t have to wait til Tekken 9 to see her story get explained thoroughly! ANNNNND I wanna see “Regular Human” Kazuya antics 😂
