Unless you have a gluten allergy or intolerance, gluten free does not = healthy. It’s the simple carbs that are bad. Removing gluten from your diet will remove a lot of simple carbs. But, gluten free does not always mean simple carb free. (Gluten free breads, pasta, tortillas, etc with low fiber = high simple carbs. Read the label!)

Nice video, but humans are carnivores. We don't need to eat plants and are much happier and healthier when we don't. Meat will generally leave the stomach in 2-3 hours and be fully digested in 4-6 hours.
