I have a bunch of friends who adopted me over the 3 years I’ve went to school where I live (I moved from somewhere else), and I still don’t expect anyone at my door because I don’t throw birthday parties or any type of party at all. Nobody knows where I live but this one guy, but he has no reason to come to my house since me and him aren’t good friends anyways. So if someone ever knocks on my door asking for me, imma start panicking as if WW3 started-
The best part is, that is how I act 😂 as an introvert myself, u got that right 😂 I always do this whenever someone is front of my room, peek through to see, who and what they are going to do, and if i dont wanna deal with it, i just stay quite, and act as if I asleep..
I am an introvert and, I can confirm that I do this, but not all the time 😆 This happens only when I can't recognize the voice of the person who's knocking, or when I don't know how to deal with them 🤣😆
Being an introvert is not specifically being shy or awkward. An introvert can definitely be very social but gets drained and needs time alone maybe more than others.
I used to do this thing where if a guest came over,I would turn my phone on silent mode just in case they called😂😂😅. These days,I just constantly keep it silent. That way when I "miss" a call,I just state the obvious.
yep lol. It makes me cringe when I see stuff like this. I'm introverted, not boring nor a homebody. Can't imagine not taking a joke or sitting in the house all day. This stuff makes us seem very boring and like hermits who dont go outside lol.
I can't tell if these people are mixing introversion with social anxiety, or using it as an excuse to never improve, like never answering any calls or inviting friends, and their excuse is because they are ✨Introverts✨ Ugh, I also love spending most of my time alone and I'm awkward with new people, but most of us are not antisocial with no sense of humor
