I believe the "Shindig" bumpers was v/o by veteran ABC announcer Bill Rice (who was the longtime announcer on "ABC's World News Tonight").

I'm very impresssed that a VIDEOTAPED copy of the show exists- most examples of what I've seen are from kinescope {ABC couldn't afford to save the entire series on tape, preserving it on film}. Bill Rice still works for ABC in New York, mostly on the local "EYEWITNESS NEWS" telecasts.

The nature of the video level change and the slight "wipe" effect at transitions would make this appear to be from slides.

That audio sounds like it's an ABC broadcast.
