Leasing renting and maintenance 20+ years And my parents were landlords my 51 years of life Very few section 8 renters Take care of you property and you almost give up all your right as a landlord because now the tenant is the government Facts facts facts Right now a lot of section 8 people hasn’t paid there portion Of the rent and the government paid there’s and these people never had jobs to begin with I had to get 2 full time jobs when I got laid off

The LL's are over charging? They are not. The rent for a section 8 unit is less than the LL could get on the market. If the LL's were overcharging like you claim, then there would be heaps of Section 8 units available. LL's would be falling over themselves to get you in their unit so that they could collect their overcharged rent

Ahahahaha we have 266 units All low income single mothers And senior citizens and people on ssi Every single mother here has a man with a job 2 new cars and full furnished apartment cable iPads internet they vacation Yes section 8 has the dad’s living here for free The working couple is getting screwed over
