The 6’6” light is absolutely perfect for what you are needing. They definitely will hold up to largemouth from the bank. On one of my videos on here I caught a 7.25 pound largemouth from the bank with the tfo trout and panfish ultralight 7ft. I love the 7ft but the 6’6” is my all around favorite. I use 4 pound daiwa samurai flourocarbon on my ultralights and 6 pound on my lights. I set my drag light though. If you don’t mess with drag much 8 pound is probably better. You can catch some large fish on 6 pound though. They have good backbone for trout and panfish rods. It’s just pure fun honestly. God bless you too sir and I hope you have a wonderful rest of the year. Feel free to ask any questions you need to bud.
This is the video where I caught the biggest largemouth Iv ever caught on an ultralight I was talking about. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AYRIhFxs9dg.htmlsi=98iNK-YhIROB51W3
