Hi all. Yes, I caved - back in June I bought some bits from Temu, and I wasn't disappointed! See what I got and what I did with them at the end.

I have three of the fishy moulds as I love koi. Big on skulls too so loving that you combined the two so beautifully. Stuart’s products are amazing but such a major expense, I’m on a tight budget too so can’t afford to do as much as I would like to do. Also not brave enough to make videos so I content myself with lurking on others channels. It’s great that there are more UK crafter channels now. ❤❤

I didn’t think I was brave enough either but the kindness of the community actually convinced me, and I’m still uncertain about every video I post lol. Lurking is still good though, I do like to lurk on other channels. Thank you for the comment : )

I made a ton of d&d dice sets in a homemade mold. They came out with a few bubbles so they couldn't be used. However, I filled my skull mold with them and the die took up a lot of space and was able to use less resin!

That’s a great use for bad casts - dice are a nice size to use in that respect!

I’ve seen someone in youtube with that same line issue on her deep mold resin & what she did was come back every 4 hours & pour the next level resin to avoid the lines. It worked for her I haven’t tried it yet though.

Did she use UV resin in between layers too? That was the issue for me, I used it to stick the fish in place but it made a clear line in the epoxy : / I thought it would be invisible.
