Hello everyone! I’m here again today, making one of my family’s favourite dishes 😁 Beef and black pepper 😋 it’s so easy to make! Doesn’t require much time to prepare! And it’s better than take out! 👍🏼

Black Pepper Beef Stir Fried
Ingredients :
850g Chuck steak, thin cut
2 tbsp Canola oil / Pork lard
1 onion, cut into half wedges
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 Capsicum both red and green
2 spring onions, cut into batons
Marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese Shaoxing wine
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
Black pepper sauce:
4 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp Chinese Shaoxing wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce/ sweet soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1-2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp white vinegar
1/2c water
