Jesus, the worst part is that the song is probably the best written part of the entirety of Animal Soccer World from what I've been seeing. It's clearly in Dutch and actually slightly thought out by the sound of it. Only slightly, but that's still quite miraculous compared to the rest of it, I imagine.

I can't tell if the whole Phoenix Games animations were manufactured in someone's basement by one single person, or from the firey depth of hell by Satan himself.

It's always such a trip with Phoenix Games/Dingo Pictures stuff. It's a parallel to every person's emotions on seeing these reflected on Tenning's and Cole's faces. You can see it with the 2 guys, 3 Phoenix games video as well, the initial laughter and cracking up at the shitty, absurd animation and story and psychotic characters gradually ground away until there is only regret and the awful, almost Lovecraftian realization that someone somewhere made something so godawful, and that knowledge will, like the knowledge that eldritch abominations exist in a cosmic horror story, never go away, and will haunt you forever.

If I saw this as a child I'd write it off as a fever dream I had once.

And for one last Phoenix Games hoorah, the greatest of all failures; a soccer game with atrociously-voiced animals. The one time when it's not a rip-off, it's still shite in that "loveable" Phoenix Games way that Tennings knows and "loves" (I'm being polite, don't ask). In the end, the best way to describe this journey is clearly represented by Tennings' face at 1:49 in this video. Hopefully all these Phoenix "games" and "movies" haven't broken you beyond repair, because I am looking forward to whatever you come up with in the future...

These movies were actually played in many kids playing areas in Finland. I remember this from my childhood. I just thought that they were very old and that's why they were so low quality. Finnish voice acting was a lot better though.

I recognize that weird flute music from the beginning! On YTV (basically Canada's version of Nickelodeon) in the 90s they used to show fan art from kids early in the morning, and they'd play that song over it. It used to creep me out so much when I was little, I'd turn on the TV in the morning to watch cartoons and instead I'd get shitty pencil crayon drawings of Garfield or whatever with weird discordant music playing over it.
