At the end of the day he probably made some money off of it... I actually hope he didn't but the fact they keep pumping out similar books tells me otherwise.
Everybody gotta pay bills. Looks like a weekend amount of work at most - copy paste jokes from Reddit, pay Rashid on fiver to design cover. Then mommy will buy it for some unfortunate (man)child.
"My wife left me cuz i bought a nintendo, guess it was time for a switch" "What do you think of my jokes? you need to brush up on your jokes, they haunted me. you should probably go back to your retail job." So we all gonna ignore Hayden Fox's cries for help?
5:29 To be honest, the _"Yo mama so fat, _*_even Kirby can't eat her_*_ "_ joke knocked out a good chuckle out of me, the only time I was laughing was just looking at Tennings how unflattered and cringed he was the whole time. Happy New year, Tennings. The year 2021 is bright.
What could be a more fitting send-off to 2020 than by giving ourselves one final torture? Hope that you hate it! The Sopranos review will be uploaded in January, but you can also follow me on Twitter at twitter.com/Tennings if you want to harass me into getting it out quicker. In the meantime, stay safe, and (un) Happy New Year!
i wanted to say that this was intentional and to be ironic but i guess thatd be too 'clever' for this kind of, uh, 'book', considerin the level of its 'jokes'
Actually funny jokes: 5:29 11:25 (the one Tennings says) 18:45 WTF dude?? 20:26 that moment when he runs out of jokes and need to comeback to the yo mamas jokes after a few seconds of silence 28:49
Finally you make a good video. this had my loling with laughter me and the boys watched this on titled towers while my fat mom yelled at me for being 36 and living at home. Keep it up!
"What do you call a Pokemon that can't move very fast? A Slowpoke." Well it's been good and all but, ultimately, I think I would like to turn in my resignation letter and give my two weeks notice for life. It was a good time and an interesting experience but I just don't think it's gonna work out. I'll clean out my desk by today.
I think the narrator is just reading meme templates out loud in the fortnite section. Which obviously doesn't work if you don't have the goddamn corresponding image.
This probably wasn't intended by either Hayden Fox or Tennings, but this video is a great help when I have trouble falling asleep. I never made it past ten minutes until I fall asleep
I found your channel when I first stumbled on the Batman Begins video and I kid you not I had tears in my eyes from laughter. Your humor, wit and delivery are so good and it make your videos so entertaining to watch that it's a shame not more people are aware of your channel's existence. Keep doing what you do brother, you're amazing!
"my wife left me because i was playing fortnite too long and didnt pay attention to her or the kids, this isnt a joke i really want you back honey, please answer my calls"
The triumphant return! Still my favorite channel on RU-vid. And what a beautifully disgusting way to bring in the new year. Glad to see you back Tennings! It's all down hill from here.
If I remember correctly, in one of the AVGN episodes the exact same Ouija (Luigi) board joke was written in a Nintendo Power magazine. I'm fairly certain, more half of the jokes are simply copy-pasted from the internet.
I have been watching this channel since its inception. I have endured all of the breaks, I laughed, I cried, but nothing hurt me quite like this. I am truly, deeply sorry you had to go through this, what's even worse is that I couldn't sit through to the end, on the eighteenth minute, I had to stop, for my sanity, if nothing else. I couldn't sit through to the end...at least not today, but I will be back and I will finish this one day...someday soon.
Even Mr. Tayto is deeply saddened by having to sit through these awful jokes. Mr. Tayto getting sad is like Mudkip getting sad: how is that even possible?
@@GraveReaperCushions lmao fitting. In all seriousness tho some improv works in comedy but improv on its own rarely does. I mean alot of what robin williams did was improv same with bill murrary but that wasnt exclusively their comedy it was more of just a tool
i love how there are clearly memes in the book, memes that require context of the image to understand, yet the narrator just reads the top and bottom text like it's just another narrated joke.
"What do you call a pokemon that can't move very fast? A Slowpoke!" ...That's not a joke, idiot, that's an actual Pokemon! It's like saying "What do you call a guy who uses a mop? A janitor!"
One to celebrate a new Tennings video and one for the new year depression. Thanks for two reasons to begin drinking on New Years Eve an hour after I woke up.
Every time you stared off with that depressed look, my mind visualised the camera zooming in slowly with 'The Sound of Silence' playing in the background I gotchu, bro!
5:12 And that's the joke that truly shows it was written by an American. In the US, on top of clinging to pedestrian usage of the imperial system and calling football "soccer", we don't use the terms "primary school" and "secondary school" to describe the education system for 5-18 year olds. To keep the culture lesson blissfully short: I'll just say that "middle school" and "high school", of which the latter was the basis for that pun of a punchline, are essentially the Yank equivalent of secondary school (middle school, sometimes referred to "junior high school", is typically for 11-13 year olds, and high school is for 14-18 year olds).
