I was diagnosed with tennis elbow and the doctor gave me a steroid injection, which helped and I no longer have pain in the elbow area, but recently I have been having a lot of pain in the shoulder area. Do you think this is related to my tennis elbow?

Could you speak to what is actually happening in the elbow muscle tendon area that is causing the pain.

I've had an MRI and was told I have a bone spur broken loose and that I will likely not regain the mobility in my elbow. I tried the various exercises you've suggested, in this video, and all cause some degree of acute pain. On a scale of 1-10 I'd rate the pain a 5. I injured my elbow throwing frisbee. I cannot fully extend my right arm, as described in the beginning of your video. Your advice is appreciated and thank you in advance!

Take lessons. Tennis elbow is mostly caused by bad to holy moly clown hell technique.
