Teo Becomes the Lightweight King | Teofimo Lopez vs Vasiliy Lomachenko | ON THIS DAY FREE FIGHT |

Round 1. Teo - Nothing really substantial in this round but Teo was the busier fighter. Round 2. Loma (swing) - Slow round but Teo with a decent body attack in the beginning of the round, Loma executed some distance management, feints to land a thudding straight and late 3 punch combo to possibly snatch this swing round. Round 3. Teo - Ez round to Teo with some solid offensive output lots of combos thrown a couple landed, some blocked but better output. Round 4. Teo - Slow round again not many punches landed from either guys however more busier fighter in Teo. Round 5. Teo - Great bodywork landed against Loma by Teo to win the round, Loma looking a bit gun-shy. Round 6. Loma (swing) - Loma’s busiest round by far landing some great well timed punches Teo had a couple of stray body punches and a sequence at the end of the round that looked good but after slowing the fight down neither punches landed. Round 7. Teo (Swing) Absolutely razor thin close round as Loma came on a bit late in the round and showed good glimpses of defence but overall Teo had the busier round. Round 8. Loma - Loma finally wakes up in this round with some great aggressive counterpunching as he begins to close the distance. Round 9. Loma - Slow start but Loma halfway through edged with the best punches of the round, good ring generalship and nice displays of defense/head movement. Round 10. Loma - Clear Loma round there was good output from both but Loma had the much cleaner, effective work, particularly upstairs. Round 11. Loma - Absolute dominance from Loma nothing much else to say. Round 12. Teo - Overall effective body of work was more from Teo, Loma tried to clawback in the midround but not enough. My final result 6 rounds to 6 in 114-114 draw. This fight is no where near the ass whooping some people think it to be, but I understand how it can feel that way because of Lomas complete inactivity the first 5 rounds and the remaining 7 rounds Teo still keeping busy. But from a purely point system judged, full 12 round fight this is an extremely close fight with the second half being a complete reverse of the 1st half. The reason I feel as though Loma might have at the least won the story of the fight over Teo is because in his winning rounds he really went out there and won those rounds, rather then Teos won rounds being a big result of Lomas ridiculous inactiveness which I believe to be a misstep in their game plan. There were a couple of swing rounds so this fight could have went either way depending on how you judge. No one is to blame except Loma himself. He could have been more aggressive in the early rounds and the coaching of his father " to stay patient" proved them wrong. Lopez is younger and could last more rounds plus an iron chin that kept him in his toes.

Teo is happy as hell seeing this. He bought to go back to 135 and take that belt if shakur keeps fightinglike this😂😂

Blind people don' t see. Lopez win about 1-5 rounds in the from 1-8 rounds. Vasiliy win three rounds. Devin fight was a different fight.

Lomachenko bobbled this cocky kid's head around like a bobble head doll with only one good shoulder. Vasyl's only 3 losses in Pro boxing are ALL on controversial incidents. NONE of his loses are clean losses where he was beaten fair and square. A healthy Lomachenko would have hurt this kid's jaw a lot worse and dominated him just like everybody else. Devin Haney got slapped around the entire night and had corrupt judges win him the fight. Boxing is corrupt for money, ticket sales, and promotion... Everybody knows Lomachenko is 100% the better fighter than everybody in these divisions.
