Never knew that that's how the teochew porridge is made. I thought I should just make rice in a rice cooker but add more water haha :P It's simple but I'm sure many younger people like myself might not know so, thank you for making this video!
Hi ah Pa, thanks for this video, you will surprise many people don't even know how to use rice cooker, can you teach us to do Teochew Chye Buay (salted Veg). Thanks👍👍👍
Heng TN here’s the my video on chye buay ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-noXhg5cXE0Q.html. I recommend u to add some canned sardin fish to make the flavour stronger.
Thanks ah pa for sharing this video. The fried fishes look delicious. Do you have a video on this fried fish dish? I am your new follower. I like your cooking very much. You not only cook but sometimes also crack jokes making me laugh. Thank you very much.
Terri Ng i have few fried fish videos under my playlist called “seafood”. I have over 280 cooking ideas on my channel in youtube, do check them up, tq.
This is not simple, too many steps 👎🏼 Steaming rice in itself is already complicated step. Might as well just say pour cooked rice in boiling water, who doesn’t know that doing this will produce Teochew porridge.
