i would love to see clodsire work! this might be me just loving ground types but i think it could have some potential of being a counter to dondozo/tatsugiri bc of water absorb, and paired with mirror herb i think it could be a threat, but i could also be smoking hella copium. keep up the great content weedle!
I’ve used it on my dopey face team. It does counter Dondozo/Tatsugiri with having unaware and haze as well as being able to use toxic and it working on trick room teams. I ran Earthquake as well to help vs. Gholdengo as well as ‘healing’ my Orthworm with its ability. You could try counter too to catch someone off guard, if they’ve boosted and expect to one shot but then don’t and die instead.
A buddy of mine ran into Kilowattrel/Stantler on ladder. Neither of us knew the tech of Stantler's Skill Swap Intimidate into Kilo's Competitive, so he led Intimidate Arcanine into it, allowing the Kilo to easily boost up to +6 and almost steamroll his whole team. Definitely my favorite Scarlet/Violet VGC thing I've seen so far.
So far, Arboliva has been my favorite new mon. I wasnt that big a fan of the middle evo (love smoliv) but the seed sower/terrain pulse combo really helped me see how cool this pokemon is.

Favorite strat I've used it baxcalibur earthquake next to a weak armor weakness policy armarouge (works with ceruledge too), with indeedee in the back to prevent priority and boost expanding force
I’m a huge fan of The Tink, I’m sure you already are thinking of strats for Gigaton Hammer lol. Would love to see a strat using some of the forgotten Gen 6 guys like Gogoat & Pyroar!
Gogoat has potential because of tera typing and it’s ability to increase defense on terrain. Tinkerton could be used with swagger+own tempo but it’s risky.

Answering the question, my first battle in Beginner tier was against Weakness Policy Tera Rock Tyranitar coupled with Life Orb Symbiosis Oranguru with Bulldoze. I won because Banded Dragapult is ridiculous with Tera Dragon DDarts, but I was terrified
Your Arboliva hits sooo hard! How?! xD The Bernadetta Tree surprises me. When the game came out no one was giving it any form of respect... And I just saw it has usages in UBER?! Incredible! As much as that Armarouge. This Pokémon is soooo cool and I really love to see it being used by both you and your opponents! Had some mirrors matches on this video and even though "Meta Weedle" wasn't expected it's much appreciated! ;D
my favorite strats in gen 9 so far are the general armarouge ones. it, ceruledge, and valiant are my favorites from this game and seeing it rock out in doubles feels great. one pokemon id love to see you use in the future is grafaiai with its prankster encore/parting shot shenanigans
QOTD: I've grown attached to using Swagger Mirror Herb Unburden Grafaiai in OU. Combined with Shed Tail/Hazards support from Orthworm, it can be extremely deadly. In addition, it gets 110 BP Acrobatics after activating Mirror Herb, combined with Gunk Shot for STAB and Knock Off to deal with Gholdengo since everybody uses it.
As someone who knows both Draining Kiss and Grass Knot make contact specifically for random Pickpocket strats, I appreciate highlighting these interactions quite a bit. I know you might not want more Trick Room strats, but ran into a Bellibolt next to Ground Tera Bronzong spamming Bulldoze to activate Weakness Policy and the ability on the Bellibolt and I swear it had 100% para chance.

They literally just used one as a Dondozo counter so I think it will be a pretty funny counter to a lot of set up mons. It'll be used basically as a weirder version of Snatch in a way.
I haven't gotten all the way through the story yet, but so far I've been having fun with growth + chlorophyl Scovillain in raid battles when allies bring Koraidon so I'm considering building up a sun team around it
There are two types of Poketuber videos I like. 1. Where they showcase a ridiculous gimmick mon or moveset that trolls a bunch of OP teams. 2. A line-up of casual/competitive battles including wins and loses.
Slaking + grafaiai is super fun, try it. I've tried making it super tanky with assault vest + tera rock + sand setter and you can probably also do a full offence version with choice band + tera rock + rock slide + max speed and att. There's probably other sets you can use too
QOTD: Perish Trap was fun for the first week before everyone and their dog started leading Gholdengo. On a related note, they should have given Worry Seed to Toedscruel. That the cheese string man gets to eat while the funny mushroom with the counter-ability doesn't get to mess with him is a damn shame

QOTD: Honestly my favorite outside of your S-tier meme strats (I loved that Espathra opportunist play) is Wolfey's team including Orthworm, Quaquavel, and Kilowattrel.
Scovilian with spicy extract. Foul play, the new amulete and mirror herb items, clear body and other things just sinergize so well with scovilian because of that move, and in a sun team especially, scovilian can still do a LOT of damage, being able to use solar beam and powered up flamethrowers. It's really fun.
Farigiraf with agility, calm mind, Tera blast, and stored power. It’s also Tera fighting to counter dark types and weakness policy to increase is special attack and stored power damage. Managing to sweep with this is so satisfying
Your brain is insane! The level of craft your team has is on another level, I wish to be this creative one day, for now Im just using girafarig + population bomb maushold to get to master tier
My team right now is Garchomp, Volcarona, Rotom-Wash, Indeedee, Tinkaton and Talonflame. I made the team thinking I would lead Garchomp + Talonflame basically every game but after a few games I just started using Tinkaton instead and it's been working really well for me. Fake out + tailwind first then gigaton hammer to OHKO a lot of mons or chunk bulkier ones. She is probably my favorite pokemon in this team.
QOTD Gholdengo, I love the dread head look of Mr. Happy-Go-Lucky Goldenboy, I nicknamed mine 1230. I've seen one that absolutely trolls anti-stall attempts.
My favorite strat is probably using Normal Tera-type Guts Flareon, holding a nice little Flame Orb. It's nice, because I can actually USE the Flame Orb AND Guts on Flareon this gen, but it also gives me STAB for Facade. Tera-Electric Rotom-Freeze is also pretty wild too. Very strong just by itself once Terastallized!

You always find such fun ways to damage stack, whether that's multiple Weakness Policy, Symbiosis Life Orb, Pickup Power Herb, Absorb Bulb, Z-Psych Up, Defiant Venom Drench...
My favorite stategy/pokémon is Loaded Dice Jolteon using Pin Missile on Annihilape to get Rage Fist to 250/300 quickly and then "trolling" with Thunder Wave/Mud Slap. It's specially funny against Dondozo teams. Arboliva also heals the Annihilape and holds the Rocky Helmet, which pretty much funnels in the Population Bombs Also skill swapping Harvest to Rabsca for many revives is probably my favorite thing
I love the Toxic Orb Tatsugiri + Dodonzo, then sending in Co-star Flamigo when Tatsugiri faints lol, it's not necessarily a consistent strategy, but it's fun when it works!
Ceruledge is basically a tricky Lucario that works in a Sun weather set, with a lot of status moves you could abuse. Both of the mons in the Charcadet line specifically can run Solar sets, Ceruledge has Solar Blade, Armarouge has Solar Beam. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
