The fossil armor might actually be better for the coin gun because of the chance not to consume ammo applying to the coins.

Coin gun in a nutshell: _I use the ammo to get the ammo_

Tip: ammo in the inventory is consumed left to right top to bottom, so if you put a bunch of copper coins in your inventory and put silver and gold in the bottom right of your inventory then the copper should get consumed first

If ever there was a playthrough that called for a Gem Tree farm, it's this one.

Challenge should be called “Terraria but it’s pay to win”

Why not just break pots for some coins to start and just run away. Would have been much quicker.

The coin gun is only viable in journey mode, or if you have an ABSURDLY efficient money farm.

Get an ammo box/ reservation potions, I think they reduce the coin usage.

The coin damage rates have an insane effieciency falloff with the cost of using the next step up being an 100 to 2 ratio, the cost to fire is multiplied by 100 but the damage output is multiplied by 2 btw you should try this on master mode where you drop all money on death, really amp up the challenge

"Money is power" never made so much sense

Terraria but I go into crippling debt that only gets worse if I die :)

You can tell the huge difference in his voice from when he's narrating and then in the actual gameplay

You literally turn the whole game into doom eternal with the coin gun. Your enemies are the ammo

oh i had a money farm when i got into terraria recently without watching tutorials i used to farm for vertebra and vicious mushrooms on the crimson [taking the opportunity to make an arena for later farms (i didnt know at the time there was a "hardmode")], make the brain summon item and get 2 stacks of crimtane within two to three fights 1 stack would get me at least 1 platinum coin from a happy npc. I used to do this a lot since i enjoyed combat in terraria. When i fought the wall of flesh, i had almost 40 platinum coins on me. Today i go for the efficient ones available on the web tho

The coin gun is actual really good in adventure mode as you can dupe platnum coins.

Also beaverrac has a very much a sense of humor

THe nice thing about the coin gun, is that killing any enemy should always result in a net ammo profit, since it takes anywhere from 2-5 bullets for most small enemies, and if they drop silver, you get at best 98 ammo back.

this brings the phrase "throwing money at problems" to a whole other level

I really love how your narration sounds so professional while you talking normally is so casual.

Oh lord, coin gun is all i ever use throughout the game during hardmode and since I always have so many platinum coins allowing to even beat moonlord with it and I've done that so many times to the point where I actually thought to myself "how is this a challenge run?Isn't this normal?" [fun fact: a 100% crit chance build with platinum coins is OP]

easy version of this: play on journey mode to get infinite coins as soon as you get one

this is a small and random thing but thank you for putting the part number in the vid title. other terraria youtubers i watch don't and it makes me so sad

you could have done one chop on a tree, sometimes you get something from hitting a tree once, sometimes you get money from it, or you can get the lemon

You should put walls on the farm standing area, so worms don't spawn

Tip: Farm Pirate Invasion in Hardmode it gives many money and if you sell the Gold Furniture it gives a bunch of gold

two things for people who want to try this challenge. one you don't need your starting cash to come enemies, chests, pots and the like all have a chance to drop it (and pots have a chance to be golden portals.) two, DON'T FEAR THE Ŗ̵̡̬̥̟̃͝E̷͉̲͇̒̆̕͜͝A̷̻͍̜͕̗̐̉̐P̸̻̫̮̞͂̒̿͘͜Ẽ̵̙̮̫͑͐R̵͉̦̀̇̀, he'll only stop you from turning your meams into real power.
