I honestly love taking down the WoF the way you did. Just winging it and using the pickaxe makes it feel like you’re fighting the world, because you can’t teleport and you have to fight on the run.
@@jdnnle6 compared to everything else available at the time it's just not that good. It has some niche uses, like attacking through walls but it's grossly outperformed by other pre-boss melee weapons like the blade of grass for example.
@@NinjaNeetthose niche uses really come through win dealing with annoying ass early game pests like goblin summoners or hornets ,it can also provide light and help explore now
never played classic, always expert, after playing expert and playing classic u will be like what, cause u dont even need prepratuon for bosses just straight up spam and win in classic mode
